Study On The Organizing Pattern Of The Cross-region Coal Communication Network

Coal Communication Network is an important part of national telecommunication network and also the basic coal industry infrastructure. Coal mining area with large geographical span and widely distributed features requires a Coal Communication Network more comprehensive and urgent. Because of their own special features and the management model, Mine Private network is independent and unique. The study and the establishment of a reasonable structure to avoid duplication of investment in new mining area network model have great application value.This paper takes the cross-region communication network of Shaanxi Changwu country's Ting nan Coal Mine limited corporation as a model, which was set up by Shandong Zibo Mine groups. This communication network not only provides the voice and data communication service , but also connects to parent company's communication network of Shandong Zibo Mine groups though renting provincial public dedicated line to meet with the requirement of voice and data communication service between Tingnan Coal Mine Limited corporation and Shandong Zibo Mine groups .In the mean time, Shannxi Tingnan private communication network should access the Changwu local telephone network and data network successfully. This paper put forward an idea that use a voice data multiplexing equipment pulls through the EI transmission channels over the leased lines for splitting and re-used slot to provide Ethernet interface, anti-polar accounting functions, calling number display functions and RS232 data channel. When the RS232 interface of equipment or the channel is spare, the slot can be used for Ethernet, this achieve the integration communications of voice and data in the safe data communications circumstances.
