Intelligent interface technology is one of the three focal points in present artificial intelligence researching domain, it has not only tremendous application value, but also basic theoretical significance. Intelligent equipment has the ability of data acquisition and offer standard communication interface which can be connected with supervision system directly, realize telemeter, telecommunication and remote control functions according to the protocol provided by supplier. However, in the previous large-scale supervision systems, there are such problems that the intelligent equipments are various and the protocols are different in dissimilar intelligent equipments. These problems limit the flexibility and the compatibility of the supervision systems. To solve these problems, a protocol conversion machine of intelligent equipment (PCM) is studied and developed in this paper.The function of PCM is converting different protocol of dissimilar equipment into certain standard protocol. It facilitates the communication between monitor centre and these equipments. On the basis of recent research, this thesis concentrates on following several aspects to do some research on protocol conversion machine of intelligent equipment.Firstly, it is theoretical research. There are several topics have been mentioned in this part. Firstly, this item deeply research in serial port communication theory, the physical level protocol of serial communication and the protocol of intelligent equipment. Secondly, aiming at isovel airconditioning, the difficulty of protocol conversion is put forward, and the design of the protocol for the protocol conversion machine of intelligent equipment is completed.Secondly, one design of protocol conversion machine is described in the thesis. Through careful analysis and compare, the design scheme of the different parts in PCM is demonstrated. Thereafter, aiming at isovel airconditioning, this paper accomplished circuit diagram design, PCB design, bottom software development, top communication software development, debug of hardware circuit board and software.At the end of the thesis, a summary is given and the prospects of future work is mentioned.
