Design And Implement Of Real Estate Intermediate Information System Based On Net

With fast development of our nation economy and expansion of city constructing, the real estate industry is booming in resent years, and the reduction of land supply and growing house needs leads to growth of new real estate intermediate companies, most of which faces the problem of how to manage the large number of and complex information, and organize companies. To promote real estate intermediate information construction can share information and enhance work efficiency. The thesis is based on the participation of foreign real estate intermediate information system development and practice, along with China's actual situation, and designs to form an information solution platform to promote real estate company manage system, and designs, develops and implement a comprehensive inner management and real estate trade information system with diagrams, statistics and words, thus it can promote agents' professional abilities and help managers to manage company resources.The thesis totally is divided into seven chapters. Chapter 1 is "Introduction", which presents the background and significance of real estate intermediate information system research, analyzes development situation at home and abroad, and introduces the main goals and contents of the thesis. Chapter 2 is "Theory and technology foundation", which introduces the real estate trade process and technologies like WebGIS and JSF. Chapter 3 is "Site service of Real estate intermediate information", which analyses site service needs to choose Google maps, with which designs and develops the site service part of Real estate intermediate management. Chapter 4 is "Real estate intermediate information system design", which analyses the goals, gives design thoughts, and designs the database, functionality and interfaces. Chapter 5 is "Real estate intermediate information system development", which introduces the development environment, the key problems in development, and develops the representative functions module, like members communication part. Chapter 6 is "Real estate intermediate information system implement", which introduces implement of some main modules. Chapter 7 is "Conclusion and expectation", which concludes the whole research and brings forward the further research direction.Achievements in the thesis are summarized as follows: ① studies the service and trade process and implement technology of real estate intermediate information management, and brings out the solution methods. ② researches the latest GoogleMaps and compares to the traditional WebGIS implement methods, and designs and develops real estate information system based on site using Google Maps API. (3) based on the characters of real estate intermediate information management, brings forwards the total design methods for real estate intermediate information system based on internet. (4) implement the real estate intermediate information system using JSF, Ajax, Javascript, Eclipse and other technologies and softwares.
