Research For The Distance Education System Based On Database Middleware

With the development of the broadband network, distance education has gradually become an important carrier for us to take professional training, update our knowledge architecture and study all our lives. The platform of distance education is the base of distance education. Its performance and functions directly decide the teaching quality, studying effect and management level.The thesis introduces the architecture of the Web application system based on J2EE three-tier structure, discuss the system analysis, design and realization, and discuss in detail the application of the database middleware WRMS in system.The system employs J2EE three-tier based structure. The structure enables the system to have distinguished quality of flexibility, currency and compatibility. The communication and the distribution of the transaction between client and database are realized by WRMS, so it is the key-technology of the three-tier structure. Accessing the database through the middleware make the relative code doesn't depend on the particular database and its platform.The system adopts JSP and Servlet combined structure to realize the data access based on Web.
