| Nowadays, our country put big efforts on the development of the cultural industry. So how to ensure the broadcasting and television industry, one of the important constitute part of China cultural industry, obtain a larger development opportunity under the new history condition, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the talents in the broadcasting and television system, have definite positioning in the international and local environment, form China broadcasting and television industry's core competencies, become an urgent topic which need careful research. This thesis analyzes the present condition and the existing problems in the talents of the broadcasting and television system. Through studying the differences between the talents of the east and west, the thesis hopes to find out the reasons which restrict the development of the talents in the broadcasting and television system and puts forward the countermeasure and possible suggestions to perfect the management of the talent resources.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction. It focuses on the purpose and significance, background and research method of the paper, presents the current research about the talents in the broadcasting and television system and former researchers' achievement. It hopes to give an overall analysis from different aspects and analyze the broadcasting and television system's talent community.In the second part, the author tries to discover the common character and general regulation in the development of the talents in the broadcasting and television system. This is the foundation of the whole thesis.In the third part, the author analyzes the current situation of the talents in the east, the middle part and the west of china. After giving a brief introduction the author gets her own judgment, and takes Zhumadian broadcasting and television bureau as an individual case. Through the differences analysis of talent group among broadcasting and television industry of the East,Central,West part of China, and recognizes the reality of potential and worry, gets the regulation inspiration. it's advantageous for broadcasting and television industry from the East,central,west to develop the strong points and avoid the weak points on the higher level, and it can find out the restricting factors to influence the broadcasting and television development of central,west part. The research is worthy to the talent superior management of broadcasting and television industry doubtlessly.The fourth part is through comprehensive analysis and study to analyze the problems of Chinese talent resources structure and management in the broadcasting and television industry, and reduces the common problems and individual problems influencing Chinese broadcasting and television industry , especially the reforms of broadcasting and television system and personnel mechanism is in the beginning ,many broadcasting and television industry among province,city and county still uses mechanism management model in the planned economy, the incompleteness of reforms leads to the failure of personnel mechanism reform, it's also the key point to hinder the talent development of broadcasting and television industry. Only by using the thorough system reform and personnel mechanism reform, perfecting the inspiring mechanism, integrating talent resources, Chinese broadcasting and television industry will make more progress.The last part is the count measures research to superiorized management for Chinese broadcasting and television industry. The demands is all-oriented, diversified for the analysis of Chinese broadcasting and television industry. After the forties years' development , our country's broadcasting and television industry has entered into the stage from extension to higher intension, the demands of talents in this stage are in a large amount of quantity and quality. The author brings into the subject of mechanism reform to promote the development of broadcasting and television industry on the research foundation of talent group in the broadcasting and television industry .the author thinks that the mechanism innovation, system innovation, personnel innovation, advanced technique talents cultivation is the core measures which develops broadcasting and television industry in China. |
