| With the continuous progress of Internet technology,remarkable changes have took place in both the public life and the media form.Competition in the media industry is becoming more intensified by the rapid rise and development of new media.In this condition,only evoking the ability of people can the TV station keep a sustainable development.But from the current point of view,due to the dramatic changes in the media industry,a number of talented media workers quit in succession.As a result,a so-called “separation tide” has been widespread since 2000,miring the TV stations with lack of talented people.The brain drain is not just a simple "run-away".on the contrary,actually it’s a potential crisis threatening the promotion and development of media industry.In the circumstance of media integration,we choose the phenomenon of brain drain as the object of this study,aiming at investigating the real reason of the "separation tide",to examine the shortcomings of TV stations in the personnel management system.So,from three aspects,brain drain prevention,management in the process,afterwards control to build a viable and practical brain drain management mechanism,in order to promote the steady development of the television industry... |
