Application Research On The Software Reuse Technology In Host Software Design Of S-VDR

VDR is an intelligent equipment which is used to record and conserve the important information and parameter of vessel during its voyaging. Its function is similar to the "black box" on the airplane. When vessels meet accident, the data recorded play the important role in analyzing the origin of the accident.This paper is based on the theory of software reuse .It lucubrated S-VDR system and built a project that turn normal development into the development based on reuse.Combining the development of S-VDR system, the project has been actualized and extended. The project can be considered a new project to implement software reuse in the development of S-VDR system software.Software reuse is a process during which present software elements or artifacts are used to construct a new system effectively. The paper went deep into the protocol and key techniques of software reuse technology. Combining the characteristic of S-VDR system, main current's software reuse technology:Design patterns and COM were selected and used in S-VDR system.The paper went deep into the protocol and realization of design patterns, the system frame model was structured on the basis to S-VDR. The several design patterns was researched and used in system, including Layer pattern, Mediator pattern and Singleton pattern; COM is also introduced, according to characteristic of lower requests of S-VDR software to the graphical interface, ATL was selected to open as COM. Through utilization components software analysis and design method, the realization of function components are described according to function needs of S-VDR system and the influence of components granularity on software reuse. The development based on components provided the powerful support for the reuse goal.
