| The mine oblique lane transportation is one of questions which are frequently discussed for mine safty. Lot accidents happen in the oblique lane transportation, for the lack of monitoring and control and the distribution of four systems: Lifting Signal System, Anti-Crash System, Anti-Running System and Speed Adjusting System, which are high cost and low performance. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, this system designs an integration system of three distributed systems of Lifting Signal System, Anti-Crash System and Anti-Running System by using embedded micro-processor and its interface circuit.This article introduces the component of the system, the main function of the system, design thinking, detecting theory of three sub-systems, method, output control, ect. Based on Philips LPC2214 and LPC2132 embedded micro-processor, and its hardware interface, A/D converter, high-speed counter, LCD, the drive and application of A/D converter, keyboard, LCD input and output signal, UARD serial transformation are analyzed and designed to the system.Last, data capture, data conduction, data store , data output, the software of Lifting Signal System, Anti-Crash System and Anti-Running System are analyzed and designed.The advantages of this system includes: low price and high performance, high intergerated, etc. |
