With the continuous development of the information technology, e-commerce is being introduced to the insurance industry. In the market economy environment, in client-centered objectives and to better develop business channels and provide more quality services to customers, PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited launched a new information technology platform--PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited E-commerce Platform.This thesis systematically studies the planning and key technologies of PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited E-commerce Platform. It studies the business requirements of the e-commerce platform, the overall planning of the Platform, the Design and Implementation of the PICC e-commerce platform based on J2EE architecture, and the establishment of the PICC E-commerce security Platform. It presented the overall system design process of the PICC E-commerce Platform. It offered designs and technologies for E-commercialization of the insurance business.Three parts are included in this paper.Firstly, this thesis presents the concept and evolution of the e-commerce, and the importance of the insurance e-commerce platform.Secondly, through the analysis of the insurance market of electronic commerce, it raises the PICC E-commerce Platform questions that needs to resolve and the principles of building e-commerce platform. Furthermore, it raises the overall planning and design of the e-commerce platform, layered study. Based on J2EE architecture as a standard, it raises structural software design for PICC E-commerce Platform.Finally, this paper presents security planning and design of PICC E-commerce Platform. It systematically set up a secure PICC E-commerce Platform.The contributions of this paper are as follows.1. Systematic study of the e-commerce platform design and key technologies. From businesses to businesses, and from technologies to technologies, it is all planning and support.2. It raises multi-channel of proposal insurance, multi-method of underwriting investment, multi-mean of payment, personality, and guiding the insurance transaction system designs. 3. It designs a comprehensive customer service system, to provide good service to customers online.4. It raises multi-level and comprehensive system security architecture.5. Online payment, the electronic signature technology to provide their customers with the most convenient way of the real e-commerce.
