We first analyzed the current energy situation and existing problems of heating and cooling system for building,and proposed the importance of scheme-selection optimization of building heating&cooling sources. Through respective introduction the rationale of simple target decision model and multiple objective decision model,and their application in decision making model of building heating and cooling system,we can see that two kind of models having respective fit and unfit quality.Through analysis of heating and cooling source system model with exergy method,we discovered that exergy efficiency reflects the consumption of energy quality and quantity,and it's more scientific.So we used exergy efficiency based on the first law of thermodynamcs and the scencond law of thermodynamcs calculating efficiency of heating and cooling system,and established the schece-selection optimization model and improvement economic multi-objective decision model.We established optimization arithmetic and optimization decision-making software with database based on the model.Man-made factors are the key fator in the exergy analysis model,so whether the factors are reliable is very important. In order to solve the fluence of man-made factors on multi-objective decision-making model human,with the introduced technology economic anasysis method, we built economic multi-objective decision model.Through certain methods,we changed all scheme-selection related fators into monetary unit,found heating and cooling system model based on exergy analysis using technology economic anasysis.Whether considered the time factor,the model can be divided into the dynamic analysis model and the static analysis model. Finally,we forecast the future decision making model and software for building heating & cooling system that the new analysis model software directly obtain the best scheme without database through user's demands.
