The Application Research Of Industrial Ethernet In Intelligent Building

Fieldbus is an important technology for automation today,and it was widely applied in intelligent building area. However, the international standards of fieldbus could not be carried out quickly. The diversity of communication protocols of fieldbus makes it impossible to realize interconnection and mutual operation between different kind of fieldbus products. So the openness of fieldbus can not be achieved. The intelligent building is composed by the different manufacturer control system so that the system integration carries on very difficulty. With the Internet widely used , the ethernet technology obtained the rapid development. Ethernet technology applies in intelligent building control system, So it can realize from the management layer, the monitoring layer to the equipment layer based on the ethernet, and realize the office automation and the building automation seamless integration.The paper outlines the intelligent building, and introduces the history of automat- ic control system of intelligent building. the advantages and problems of application of Ethernet in industrial control field is provided compare with the traditional industrial network. This paper analyses of the traditional Ethernet"uncertainty"of the reasons, communication delay, Ethernet communication model and TCP/IP protocol. According to the realization of industrial ethernet features optimizes TCP/IP protocol. We studied the technologies such as switching,full-duplex communication mode, virtual LAN and quality of service, which are used to make the industrial ethernet real-time. There are still some others key problems need to resolve, such as the reliability, network security, bus power supply. Under the different communication condition, we analyse the ethernet delay with simulation software.The results show that the design of a real-time ethernet control of the industry to meet the bus system is feasible. We believe that industrial ethernet will have a bright future of application in industrial control field.The paper brings forward the scheme of BAS that base on Ethernet,and carried on the detailed analysis the ethernet as the building automatic control system. At last, Through simulation design of the database and Web server, the paper programs browser/server remote monitoring system.
