The Implement Of Accs Base On Huawei TELLIN System

The mission of this project is designing Automatic Calling Card Service , on the basis of HUAWEI TELLIN solution , researching TELLIN system , putting forward the scheme of Intelligent Network and relative functional unit.This thesis is devided into four parts. The first part introduces the basic concept of Intelligent Network . It is mainly discussed intelligent network concept model, intelligent call handling model and NO. 7 protocol. The paper also introduces the concept of basic all state model of intelligent network. The second part analyzes the HUAWEI TELLIN system, including service control point and service management point, focusing on the principles and implementation of call control system of SCP and service switching function of SSP. In the third part of the thesis, proposed a TELLIN system. The paper puts forwards the system design including whole solution , management and control center,SSP and management network. At the last, the paper describes the implementation of the TELLIN system, which satisfied the ACC services, including SCP, SMP, SMAP system realization. Test procession is suggested, indues some important test results.
