Design And Development Of Electronic Work Form Management System

Electronic work form management system belongs to MIS system, which achieves project development by using database and software technology. Electronic work form is computerization or automatization of business production process. Many companies adopt paper work form and hand-transferring step by step, which is of low efficiency and cannot make statistics. While using electronic work form, users just need to fill in the form of his part, the process will continue automatically according to designed work flow. The production worker of next level will receive the relative information, and also he can modify, track, manage, check, make statistics, and print, which will highly increase the efficiency, realize information management, and improve company's core competition power.In this thesis, current paper work form status has been analyzed, relative business flow has been cleared, and electronic work form system has been designed, which realized cooperation of multi-departments, increased flow speed, strictly defined the work form process specifications, made business specified and configurable. Also, interface between electronic work form and SMS gateway has been accomplished.The system has already put to use and achieved no-paper process of work form.
