| No.7 signaling network,digital synchronizatoin network and telecom management network (TMN) are the three main support networks in modern telecommunication network. Advanced technology support and automated administration medium are needed for the modern telecom networks, so how to make it realized are imperative. In China we have led in intelligent network(ISDN),but these additional services can not be developed without the support of No.7 signaling network. Since No.7 signaling network was established in 1995 in China, it developed rapidly. Now in backbone network, thirty-one pairs of HSTPs have been established. Several pairs of LSTPs are established in succession in every province. These LSTPs and HSTPs can be built up all adjacent or non-adjacent connection networks throughout China. The final goal is to set up a double-plane with high reliability and low time delay No.7 signaling network.With the extension of No.7 signaling network especially the increasing of more and more operations, traditional maintenance mode can't satisfy the requirements.Generally, two STPs in a pair must choose two places in a certain distance as far as the safety is concerned, in the same time all services must use the load sharing mechanism in these two STPs. We can't use meters to test and monitor signaling perfectly and longer. On the other hand, No.7 signaling network which is regarded as nerve center of telecom networks must be sure of unobstructed at every time. We need try to find hidden trouble and correct it as early as possible. Now more and more telecom companies needs to communicate with one another. It is much necessary to construct a centralized monitoring system so that we can monitor the whole network with real time and dynamic, learn the status and efficiency of every link in the net and the access success ratio of incoming and outgoing calls in every point. In that way the maintenance work can de done with centralization, automatism, real time and high efficiency. It is no doubt that constructing a sweeping No.7 signaling monitoring system is very essential considering the global nature of signaling process. But if the scale of the network is oversize, it is hard to ensure the character of real time and concurrency even though we use the technology of subsection process and storage. From the view of operation process, the signaling network is relatively independent in every province. So it is felicitous to construct a No.7 signaling monitoring system for provincial lever. It can not only satisfy the need for maintenance and management analysis, but also get the high efficiency and good quality. Concerning all the matters above, zhejiang mobile telecom Co. stared to build No.7 signaling monitoring system at the beginning of 2003 and build 11 local networks of this system. Because of my long -term working at front line of operating maintenance ,I master the structure of networks and the knowledge of signaling technology. This paper briefly introduced the No.7 network and the No.7 basic concept; then describe the Zhejiang Mobile No.7 monitoring system structure and the function it has accomplished. In order to monitor the system more intuitive and profound understanding, also introduced a number of specific examples of the application. Finally, this paper discusses how the system adding two software modules : Call each of the signaling processes for all related to achieving each of the call Call-loss analysis. |
