Design And Implementation Of Dispatching Sub-System Based On MOBITEX

As an important communication method, wireless communication technology gains a wide use in dispatching system. MOBITEX, as a kind of matured advanced wireless communication method developed by Ericsson, has achieved a general in many fields.In this paper, the requirement and current situation of flight refueling dispatching system was discussed first, drawing a conclusion for a modern, automatic, intelligent, and integrated flight dispatching system. Requirements of airport wireless dispatching system was analyzed, detailing which functions such a system would be implemented. Then, with the wireless communication technology called MOBITEX and current available programming languages, this paper discusses on a dispatching system, which can be adapted to the aviation refueling operation. A detail discussion was also given to the overall frame, each module and the communication mechanism between modules of the system. Dispatcher and all oil vehicles scattered on ramp can send messages to each other with MOBITEX as the communication media, all data can be caught via the dispatching platform. Finally, a brief conclusion of what has been done in this paper was given, as well as a prospect on what should be done further on this issue.
