To go on with the former code reader equipments in 600 electronic postal branch offices, instead of purchasing a plenty of expensive RFID equipments, only the alterations of the flow and the software are necessary, which indicates that we can make full use of the post information resource and investment which have already existed. Using tag which can be read and written is appealed to the main postal transport.What is more, the project establishs a information share mode and information compositive mode between the RFID information and postal information system. Using distributed data organizing mode and the postal Information Net system, which ensure a steady, open and extendable net connection amount the RFID system, the electronic postal branch offices system and the total package sorting system, make data exchange steady and reliable. It is concluded that the application can effectively develop the operation of the exist system and realize not only the unification of the practical stream and the information stream, but also the automation and facility for sorting. This takes better both financial benefit and social benefit as return.Finally, there are more than 600 postal branch offices and three postal packages transport stations, which are Hu Qing Ping Station, Pu Dong Station and New Station, have equipped the RFID system. It is said that the system is doing a very good job.
