The Realization Of The Court Cases' Management System Based On Workflow

As China successfully has become the member of World Trade Organization (WTO), all parts of the society would be adapted to the rule of WTO. The construction of socialist legal system should be engthenedand perfected. It is very urgent for us to set up the case inquisition flow to the law officers' convenience and the net for the parties' to get the information of the cases. So it is very necessary for us to set up an information system based on the cases' information as a public service net of court cases information. The design of the cases management system is applied to the flow. The cognizance process of every case is made up of different flows. So the design of flow is the focus of design of items management. In order tomeet the need of flow management, we need a kind of software that be used to supply the automation of cases flow. Workflow is just the one, and itis the tool and plant to realize workflow's mapping, performing, monitoring, analyzing and perfecting. On the one hand, the workflow will realize the flow automatic processing with computer and shorten the process of flow and enhance work efficiency. On the other hand, the workflow is convenient for users to analyze and perfect design flow quickly. On the base of analyzing and discussing of information system, and combining with the actual working condition in the court,the author tries to utilize workflow technique to realize dynamic management of design flow and has chosen the system mapping and workflow engine as research focuses. The main content of the paper is: Firstly,the author has wholly introduced the academic knowledge of workflow management system and summarized and concluded the research actualityof workflow at home and abroad at present. Secondly, the author has analyzed in detail the characteristic of cases management workflow in court, and then concluded and abstracted the iii design flow, and mapped the design. The author has tried to use workflow techniques the manage design flow, and divided the court cases information public service netinto one supply part, six service sub-function parts and twenty-five basic service components. Lastly, the author has used the mapping methodof multi-administrative levels' workflow formalization, and thenutilized the visible mapping technique to translate the map into readablemap to the workflow system, and finished the design of workflow enginebased on relation construction, which can be used to drive the workflowmodel, and so realized the software construction of court casesinformation public service net based on J2EE plant.
