| Live has flourished in our country over the years and will increasingly become a routine means of television coverage with the growth of economic strength and steady development of television industry and technology. As a newly-born thing in the television report, live broadcast has exposed new problems of various concepts and operations, which will last for some time. There have been a lot of discussion on the live broadcast of television reports in the academic circle, while, this study presents us from the aspect of news reality. Based on this, they provide their views through the level of theory of communication and detailed practice to debate the change of connotations and extensions of news reality given the live broadcast is used, and illustrated the root of media nature, methods of presentation, new requirements, and existence problems and so on.The preface of this essay first leads us to the necessity and urgency on studying the interrelations between news live broadcast and news reality. Introduction and generalization on live broadcast were given in the second chapter. From the history and progress of technology, it shows us the development of live broadcast which is an outcome of science and technology advancement accords with the news reality maximization process that television media pursues.
