In industrial control field, the equipment is various, their difference is great and their scalability is poor. In order to solve this problem, this paper constructs a distributed system which is based on Jini architecture and featured by service. Every kind of devices can expediently join in or quit the system and realize the funtcion of"network plug and play". Through this way, users can use any devices that have joined the Jini network at any time, so they can collect different kinds of data in industrial field throgh network and control the field devices in a long distance.In order to validate the feasibility of this method, we choose the Bluetooth modules, ADAM modules, CAN modules and video surveillance equipments which use different protocols and are common in industrial field to research and successfully join them into the Jini network.This paper also introduces the design and implementation process of these devices joining the Jini network. Bluetooth modules are used to transmit the data of industrial field in wireless; ADAM modules are used to collect signals and control devices in long distance; CAN modules are used to transmit realtime data in industrial field; video surveillance devieces are used to realize network video supervision.It is validated by the experiments that the system based on Jini runs steadily. It can be used to realize the function of devices'"network plug and play"in industrial field and remote access and control the devices, so we can efficiently use the resources in industrial control network. |
