In the study of underwater acoustic technology, The Data Acquisition System is necessary and important equipment. This paper is based on High-Performance Multi-Channel & High-Speed General Acoustic Data Acquisition System. The control-core of Data Acquisition System is conducted as a special study.The control-core of Data Acquisition System takes on the system synthesized control, including Analog Channel,DSP Array Signal Processing,RAID File System Managing and HCI Managing. This paper reasonably chooses the embedded microprocessor on the basis of system control.This paper describes the whole hardware structure and the design of the hardware structure of subsystem including a series of research about the application of embedded system to the Multi-Channel and High-Speed Data Acquisition System, as follows:(1) Designing the hardware structure of embedded control-subsystem;(2) Designing the software of subsystem including U-Boot, Linux kernel, RAMDISK file system and the char driver of FramBuffer and HCI.
