Grid is one kind of important information technology in recent years. It provided the new thought and method for the distributed resources networked-sharing management and real-time application in dynamic environment. The grid technology application scope is extremely widespread. At present, it has had huge application value in aerospace industry, military affairs, medical service and other important fields. In the field of agriculture, the use of grid technology to achieve the sharing of agriculture scientific research apparatus is of great significance to promote the collaboration of agricultural scientific research, and impel the agricultural scientific research innovation.Presently, agriculture scientific research apparatus are important technical supporting tools in agriculture scientific and technical research, and hold great proportion in the agriculture scientific resource. However, there are many serious problems in the current management of agriculture scientific research apparatus, such as duplicated purchase, the use of low-efficiency problem. In view of these problems, the thesis proposed a solution to apply the grid technology to networked-sharing of agriculture scientific research apparatus. The thesis constructed an Apparatus Grid System Model which adapt to the sharing of agriculture scientific research apparatus, and analyzed the architecture and operational scheme of the Model and the key technologies. The Apparatus Grid System using this Model can not only avoid the duplicated purchase of apparatus and improve the service efficiency, but also can promote the cooperation and communication in different regions and subjects to enhance the whole agricultural scientific research level.The thesis firstly investigates domestic and foreign research actuality of apparatus resources sharing system, and discusses the practical significance and application prospect of agriculture scientific research Apparatus Grid System. Secondly, the thesis introduces the grid computing and grid service architecture, and focus on the grid service and open grid services architecture. By means of digesting and adsorbing the newest technology of distributed object and computer supported collaborative work, the thesis investigate apparatus resources sharing from whole angle and propose the agriculture scientific research Apparatus Grid System Model. And it made a related study and dissertation in grid design, hierarchy and function with a simplicity and practicability, which realize the integration of instrument distributed in Internet/Intranet and a series of standards and protocols such as SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, LDAP are introduced, thereby analyzed the key application technology of the agricultural scientific research apparatus grid system and realized a demonstration of apparatus control service description. Finally, the thesis summarizes the deficiency in the work, and points out the perspective of further work.
