Providing service to passengers in vehicle with the principal of Network Mobility is a new technology. This technology takes the idea of mobility in IP layer to make service unbreakable when moving through heterogeneous network. It is a technology that could make mobile users adaptive to the development of next generation heterogeneous network.This thesis not only evaluates various Route Optimization and Micro-Management schemes in Nest-NEMO, but also proposes a new math model designed for reality vehicle named HMIP dynamic route optimization scheme. Finally, we make simulation on the relationship between region selection and packet arrive rate, region selection and average resident period under this math model. Also, we make a comparison between this proposed scheme and HMIP static route optimization scheme on the aspect of total cost. Simulation results show that selecting region area base on packet arrive rate or average resident period could make total cost minimize.The outcome of this thesis lays a good foundation for future B3G NEMO research.
