In recent years along with the speeding development of the society and economy technology, large construction projects become more and more. Underground project constructions such as deep excavation and tunnel are on the increase, these constructions have safety risks and make a tremendous impact on the buildings nearby, so construct monitoring is necessary in the construction.As traditional monitoring data management is still in a manpower management, resting on data storage and simple searching, data view is not intuitionistic and it is unable to automatically analyze and process the data, all these already can not satisfy the needs of gaining deformation information speedily and exactly and analyzing and judging it, but also can't meet informatization construction's need.The purpose of this paper is building up a monitoring information management and safety predicting and alarm system. The function is:â‘ To realize data collection, storage, management, precision assessing automatically;â‘¡Generating report forms, deformation graph and speed graph automatically;â‘¢Using manifold statistic technology to predict the deformation;â‘£To realize safety predicting and alarm, information issuing and communication through internet. This system applies such technology as auto-monitoring, statistic, GIS, database, network and so on. Use C/S structure mode to provide correlative people a fast way to upload data and view timely data and local information; Use B/S structure and dynamic web page technology, WebGIS technology to provide the users such functions as monitoring information query, browsing, downloading, vector data measuring, zooming and query. Use statistic technology to fit and estimate the monitoring data and achieve the function of data auto-analyzing and predicting. Automatically realize the alarm visualization bases on monitoring data and enacted predicting information.At last, the practical application of the system is introduced at the end of this paper.
