Since many years the aircraft design in our country has still always adopted the method of aircraft model which was widely applied in last 50's and 60's.The manufacture period is long and the efficiency of design is low. Along with gradual improvement of optimization theory and rapid development of computer technology,in recent years, design personnel has tried to utilize optimization technology to improve design result,but in practice,the effect isn't so perfect that aeronautics industry department requires a digital design system which adapts to development of aeronautics industry and provides professional design platform for designer and decision-maker so that the objective of quickening rate of progress, improving design quality and saving cost can realize.The thesis introduces the meaning, development status quo and application in aircraft design of MDO, analyzes system requirement and based on them generally designs system structure, works over pivotal technology in the design process; introduces detailed design and realization of every module and database; we validate this system , get text, three-dimensional diagram and graph of data as result, compare the optimized data with the data which is not optimized and analyze their difference, all these prove the system can save cost and time, improve design efficiency.The purpose of this project is to apply MDO to the airplane design of our country, to provide professional airplane concept design platform for aeronautics industry development research center, to realize integration of airplane concept design and emulational process.
