| At present , Chinese economy has been undergoing the mid-period of industrialization at a fast pace. Heavy industry, as well as those closely related to it and IT industry achieved rapid growth, with no exception for coal industry. With the technology of internet, control, communication and electric forging ahead and the increasing demand for coal quality from the subscribers, an essential change has happened to traditional centralized-control system of coal preparation plant while modernized coal preparation plants are oriented towards interconnection and automation.Under circumstances above and on the basis of modern centralized-control system features for coal preparation plant like interconnection,high automation and information , this thesis is to explicate a tri-level network system designed as a sample for XiangShui coal preparation plantFirstly, this paper analyses china's coal condition and gives an introduction of the development status quo of coal preparation plant in and abroad. Moreover, the gap in and abroad, and states the necessity of this industry.Secondly, it briefly introduces theoretical principles applied by this paper, including dense medium technology, jigging technology, and flotation technology and their fundamental principles and the chief factors determining the selection effects. And it deals with the sample design for XiangShui coal preparation plant as well.Then, the paper details the research and design of centralized-control system for coal preparation plant, which includes three systems: management information system,monitoring system,field control system. In the production management system the paper presents the software and hardware through which the coal preparation plan connects the internet and the interrelated network knowledge, at the same time it explains the design of management information system. In the monitoring system it chooses the software FIX from INTELUTION company of America as the supporting platform of interface. And the main system is arranged in the centralized-control room, the upper computer is composed with three industrial control computers,which can show selectively the monitoring pictures of coking coal system, power coal system, Installing the station system,history records,general interface and so on through the communication of net and field control system. The field control system represents the targets that the plant's automatic control system achieved and the design discipline and step of the plant's automatic control system. Meanwhile it gives the configuration of modular and the design and debugging of PLC program.Finally we summarize the paper, point out the deficient and what should be improved in following work. |
