| With the forming of the economic integration in the world, our country's enterprises are under great pressure and are in urgent need of improving their management to make them more competitive. MRPâ…¡is good at planning but not at production control. It has attached too much importance to the details and accuracy, which result in low efficiency. On the other hand, JIT is much attention to zero-inventory. It can't adapt to great changes in the markets.This paper introduces the basic principle and system mode of MRPâ…¡and JIT, and contrastes their social backgrounds,using criterion,management method and control mode.The possibility of combination of them is analyzed from the operation efficiency and the environmental variation. Then according to their advantages and disadvantages and the present situation of planning control in that company, a integration of management planning system based on them is presented with a fusion of advanced production technology thought such as"funnel"model,MES and so on. Then the describing of the production lines and the important parameters of making plan such as the lead time are studied. At the same time, the concrete problem of production scheduling,shop floor control and the creation and application of kanban are discussed in detail.This system suits the general multi- stages production, namely uses the MRPII control at the beginning of all the production line branches, and uses the JIT control in other following stages. It has the function of the centralism coordinated and the dispersible control. It solved the question of link up between the plan level and the shopfloor, improved the workshop work chaotic condition.At last, analyzing and designing the framework and software modeling of the MRPâ…¡/JIT system based on the investigation and study in NFJD. And the designing process of production management are presented, Then uses the programming language C++Builder combined Database Management system SQL Server 200, the system has been developed. |
