All theorganization can input the results of the trainees through this system and enterthe related data; the trainees can select courses online and check.theirachievements through it; the administers can manage certain data informationabout cadre trainees, training organizations and courses; the leaders in charge canselect and collect information of cadre trainees through the system, whichincludes some basic information of trainees and their achievements.By developing this project, the present working environment and conditioncould be improved, the working efficiency, level and quality could be increased,the training procedure of cadre education could be standardized. Meanwhile,formulate standard training principle will be formulated, information of basicdata, courses results, study effects of cadre trainees will be integrate, and cadretrainees resources information system will be established together with traininginformatron resources decision terrace to meet the need of promoting informationdevelopment and realizing dynamic management of cadre training, as well asunifying and sharing information of trainees.
