On The News Narrative Grammar

In recent years, news, as a very important narrative type, has been accepted by both the field of news theory and news practice gradually. As can be found that, in the field of news practice,"infor-story"is in vogue, while in the field of news theory, news narration is concerned by researchers. What's more, they achieved some theoretical fruits concerning news narration. All of that have brought about more achievements in the research of News Narratology. However, the research of news narrative grammar which is an important part of News Narratology is relatively much less. In terms of author's materials, recently there is no thesis which refers to news narrative grammar especially and has been published in China. Consequently, the advocating, the defining and the explanation about it all belong to weak or absent band in news research field. Sharp contrast to the relative lagging of theory is the trend that the ways of news report are enriching constantly in the reality. Therefore, the exploration about news narrative grammar, the common rules of news narrative structure, becomes an important problem demanding prompt solution during news report moving towards"Type consciousness". This text attempts to make innovations about it based on recent weak theory, which put up the systematic frame of news narrative grammar with the aid of News Narratology and analyzing news reports.This text devides into three parts to reconstruct news narrative grammar. The first part is a definition of news narrative grammar, explaining the logic chain from narration to news narration, and to news narrative grammar briefly. The second part is to study the active frame of news narrative grammar. And it summarizes that the news narrative grammar is composed of grammar rules, structure models and grammar meaning. The third part studies the potential factors mainly which bring forth it, and summarizes the relationship between archetype, stereotype and news narrative grammar.
