| The Paper on the water treatment industry enterprise management information system (MIS) proposed process design, document management automation as a module of the enterprise MIS, so that the MIS application has been expanded; and using genetic algorithms, the parameters of reverse osmosis membrane can be estimated which plays an important role in the process improvement.The use of water treatment process design software in single version is constrained by some factors such as geography. More over, the management of design result is inconvenient for the single version software. Making it as a part of MIS, many benefits may obtained such as water treatment process can be designed on line, information collected online and inventory information can be used in the design which greatly enhance the efficiency and quality of the design.Document management automation integrated in the Enterprise MIS, will help the enterprise with knowledge management and office efficiency improvement. It contains three parts: tender documents management, documents generation and documents online editing . The first part can help the office staff finding documents quickly by classification. The second part which combined with process design, export the design result into word documents in the certain form. The third part, can make collaboration more convenient.The mathematical model of membrane is quite complicated. It is very difficult to solve using traditional optimization algorithm because the higher-order information is needed in the solution process. While genetic algorithms show great superiority because only objective function value is necessary in the solution process. Slow speed, low efficiency problems will be found in traditional genetic algorithms in the situation of more parameters and the higher accuracy requirements because of the long binary strings and additional computation caused by encoding and decoding. Float encoding which each parameter coded as a bit is a good solution to the problem. |
