The Research And Development On Automation Control System Of Emulsion Explosive Production

The emulsion explosive, a kind of novel green explosive, has advantages of strong water resistance and blasting, simple production technology, large production capability and low production cost. Therefore, the emulsion explosive has been widely used in engineering explosion. Continuance and automation production of the emulsified explosive has been the development direction of the nation explosive industry.For the request of continuance, automation and reliability in the emulsified explosive production, a kind of automation control system on emulsion production is designed in this thesis. This system uses self-adaptive control technology to realize parameter self-adjustment and enhance production precision. And the video surveillance technology is used to enhance security and reliability of the system enormously.Firstly, the technologic process of the emulsion explosive is generalized in this thesis. The working principle of emulsion explosive production and the demand of technologic control are analyzed. Based on the purpose, the basic principle of meter, sensor and valve, which are used in this system, are introduced, and the models of meter, valve, performing parts and collection parts, such as sensors of flux, temperature, pressure, liquid, weight and density etc. are chosen. Because of the emulsion explosive production is featured in multi-variability, long time delay, and nonlinearity, self-adaptive PID control method is adopted. Simulation has proved the validity of the controller. The theory of multi-input and multi-output system was analyzed and multi-input and multi-output self-adaptive controller was designed. A set of control system is completed, including the hardware of the system, the software of administration and the system of video surveillance. Each process and the whole system reach a effective automatic production.This system has been set up and used in many factories of emulsion explosive production. The operating results declare that this system has good performance with high security, high reliability and high automatization. Therefore, the system has been widely spreaded and used in explosive industry.
