| Emulsion system is a crucial part of producting cold rolled strip, and it plays an important part in lubrication, cooling and cleaning. It is benefit both in reducing the cost and improving the competitiveness to optimizate the control the flow of the Emulsion.On the exist producing equipment, aiming at problems such as delay, multi-variables and many interference factors outside and control burst,etc., by using the equipment layout of emulsion scene in AN STEEL Cooling Roll Plant and seting the presure of system as control object, the article optimizate two major of controlled system, that is, big bypass and pump with frequency conversion AC motor. The main tasks in this article are as follows.1. Knowing the controlled objects. According to the sitiution of the producing spot and equipment, it is necessary to know the two main controlled objects and study their control properties and principles. To build the controlling foundation for realizing the optimization control.2. Optimizing the controller: By knowing the congtrol properties of controller, the fuzzy controller based on genetic algorithm for controlling the big bypass and pump with frequency conversion AC motor is designed in this article. Under the simulation circumstances of MATLAB, simulations were made and the results show that the controller is better than the former in performance.3. Solving the burst problems. According to the circumstances of the scene, the main controller and the auxiliary controller are designed to work coordinationly so that problems, such as emulsion pressure burst and controlling delays because of selecting wrong controlling objects, are solved. At last, by analysis the experiments data on the spot, the feasibility and stability of the optimizing control tactics are approved. |
