| The rapid development of Information technology, increasingly intensive market competition and diversification to the needs of product bring opportunities and challenges to production management in the enterprise. Enterprise information management is becoming essential in businesses. However, information constructions in many enterprises have little progress. One of the main reasons is the lack of the basic data of production, which is the precision safeguard to the accuracy and prescription of the enterprise information management.The assembly process is the most widely spread and complex production process, which has enormous impact on product quality, while quality determines whether the products can meet the market demand. The assembly process is the "starting point" of the entire production in pull-type production system, while the system determines the progresses of the delivering orders. The study of assembly production monitoring and the establishment of its information-integrated systems has important effect on improving of informatization management skill and coping with diverse market changing.Aming at the characterization of assembly production, we analyse the requirements of function and data of the assembly production monitoring system, and also propose the model of real-time condition of it. As to provide accurate and timely production condition basic data, we also apply RFID technology to assembly production for real-time data collection, as well as visualize the real-time condition of the system by using electronic kanban. In general, it provides the decision support for assembly production system and even for the whole enterprise.Begun with the analysis of the challenges and remaining problems to the current discrete manufacturing industry, and the necessity and significance of timely monitoring for assembly production was the discussion of the necessity and significance to the assembly production, Chapter 1 figured out the content and the structure of the context based on summarizing of relative areas of the production process monitoring.Aming at the characterization of assembly production, Chapter 2 analyses the function and data requirements of assembly production monitoring system, as well as the requirement of real-time data collection. By proposing the model of the real-time condition, we also figure out general scheme of the assembly production monitoring system.Chapter 3 proposed the method of real-time data collection based on RFID technology and real-time condition visualization based on electronic kanban in assembly production.Chapter 4 designed assembly production monitoring prototype system, and implemented it. In the end, sum-up and prospect of the research in the task are stated. |
