| The Excitation Regulator, as a main part of excitation system in the synchronic generator, plays an important role in the safe and steady operation of generators and power systems. With its enlargement of scale, and increasingly complex structure and running mode, the power system requires that the excitation system has better operation performance, higher reliability, better economical efficiency and flexibleness.According to the developing direction of excitation regulator both here and abroad, this paper researches and develops excitation regulator of synchronic generator with industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus as the control center.Firstly,the paper introduces the state and trend of the excitation regulator in the synchronic generator and analyses the problems existing with it. Secondly, this paper also presents the history, features and application range of industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus and chooses industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus as the control center of excitation regulator by means of comparing the performance between industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus and the other control chips.And then this paper describes the design methods of the hardware and software used in the excitation regulator based on industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus,and presents the schematic diagram of hardware and the flowchart of the software,and with them, the fast AC sampling, frequency measurement,digital shift phase trigger pulse and control rule and etc,are realized in multi-CPU system structure taking advantage of the characters of industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus,such as based on its strong performance processing capabilities and high real time control and so on. Adoption of industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus enables the excitation regulator to have simpler structure, stronger anti-jamming capability and higher stability.The test result indicates that the excitation regulator based on industrial control computer of the COMPACTPCI bus in the synchronic generator runs stably, responds quickly,functions as designed,and thus has a bright application value in the future. |
