Apparently, the title selected for this paper derives from office automation management system aiming to the Software Garden.The system is office automation software served for object users of hi-tech parks, such as South Software Garden, which is utilizes to realize office automation, electronic service and informationization, to improve working efficiency and build up a new impression for hi-tech parks. It has characteristics of function perfect, interface friendly, operation easy, practice reliable, retractility well and utility general to satisfy with the characteristics of business process standardization in our country software garden.The document routing process is an important part of office automation system in software garden. It realizes the whole office process into computer automation on the basis of document management in our government departments. And it relies on LAN, and design proceedings to automate documents in the flow of computers, in order to sign and browse by different people. In the workflow design proceedings, we consider adequately the level of computer application, the custom of daily job, the convenience of document instruction, the coherence of handed-office system, to greatly satisfy all kinds of the demands of working proceedings in government departments, enterprises and institutions.
