| Laser processing is a efficient way in industrial processing. It contains laser drilling,laser cutting,laser welding etc. Laser drilling is one of the most important and wide-used method of recent laser processing. In order to improve the quality and repeatability of laser drilling, this paper study the characteristic of Nd:YAG pulsed laser drilling. And has done analysis from both experimental and theoretical aspect.This paper firstly analyzes the basic principles of laser driling and explains the interaction machanism of laser and metal material.It also analyzes the change of various states for each stage. Built the model of quasi-steady damage state and deduced the relationship of main drilling parameters. Meantime we designed and set up a laser drilling machine.The experiment of laser drilling was carried out with the laser drilling equipment which made in laboratory.We got the pinhole on many different material such as stainless steel, 45#steel, ceramic etc,the diameter of pinholes less than lmm.Through controlling and adjusting the laser parameters,we studied the craft technology of laser drilling,and analyzed parameters' effect on drilling quality during laser drilling. Including pulse energy, pulse width,focus condition,pulse frequency, material property, auxiliary craft etc. In order to solve the problem of laser drilling's repeatability and stability, we studied VRM and false concentric resonator and multipulse laser drilling, furthermore improved quality of laser drilling. Finally, through the analysis of experimental result, we ascertained the optimizational method of laser drilling parameter, and provided reference data for designning laser drilling equipment. |
