| Because of the increasing production-complexity and competitive, there's an urgent need to guarantee efficient management of equipments. In Bao Steel, we are facing the same problem, which can only be improved by the utilization of MIS to enhance working efficiency and quality.This thesis analyzed function requirements of tugboat-sheets'Management Information System, reorganized corresponding work procedure, then built a decision system of equipment services information management and preventive maintenances. By this system operators can make a prompt and accurate management of equipment, make quantitative and qualitative analyses, and control spare parts and material stocks. This system has been used in Bao Steel transportation department. |
