Design And Implementation Of The Production Equipment Management System For Jinglun Company

Jinglun company’s production equipment management system development is presented in this thesis. This system’s development objective is subjected to the company’s requirements in manufacturing small size electrical machinery products and provides the information management for the equipments which are one of the most important resources to raise the productivity, quality and production cost efficiency.Centralized around the abovementioned objectives, this software’s development is presented from the viewpoint of the software engineering in functional analysis, design, implementation and tests with following works accomplished in this thesis. The company’s production equipment management system’s required functions are at first analyzed and discussed according to the real business operations, specifications and bottlenecks which needs to be solved in practice, with focuses on the equipment operating and maintaining functions, equipment running monitoring management and the equipment asset basic information management functions. The company’s production equipment management system design is secondly presented with its architecture scheme, data base scheme and the related entity/relationship model and the major objects and internal procedures in the important modules. On these basis the software’s programming scheme, deployment scheme and the major module’s implementation are discussed with some representative object structures and processing procedures. Finally the software’s test principles and some typical test examples are also presented.Jinglun company’s production equipment management system is developed with C# in the runtime environment Windows/.NET and with SQL Server as its backend database.
