The Design Of Embedded System Device Drivers Based On ARM

This paper has studied the Embedded system's architecture and development status,The operation model,the seting and distributing of register in ARM processor have also been studied,embedded system microprocessor Samsung S3C2410 has been analyzed and discussed.This paper has analyszed the kernel of the Embedded Linux.The emphases of the study put on Embedded Linux operation system ARM Linux which is applied by this subject.The research on microprocessor S3C2410 includes realization of EMS memory, process scheduling, interrupt disposal and system call mechanism. The basic principle of Linux device drivers the character,architecture,function of the Linux device drivers are all describing here. On the basis of research on Samsung S3C2410 chip,transplanting ARM Linux in S3CEB2410 block has been downloaded ,which include Linux kernel transplanting,amending file systems. Finally the USB driver program is realized in Linux.
