Panorama Video And Motion Removing In Virtual Touring System: Research And Implementation

Technology of panorama video and motion removing in image sequence are very important for scenario based digital touring project, also they have applications in digital entertainment.In this paper we propose a solution of how to get panorama video,including hardware preparation,video editing and video playing.We apply this technology to our touring project in which we bulid a Panorama video-GIS editing system and a Panorama video-GIS browsing system.We propose a interactive spatio-temporal method in oder to remove motions in video (image sequences) which background is not static. This method uses feature selecting technology, KLT optical agorithm, information of motions in other frames to bulid the background image of current frame.After that, we use Telea's image inpainting technology to inpaint our image espetially when the informations in other frames are inadequate to remove motions in current frame. We will present a motion removing system to show performance of our method.
