| According to the development of computer information technology, as well as various kinds of advanced production management have been used into the processes of production, the enterprises management of production has been greatly improved especially for manufacturers. Over the past years, the Chinese manufacturing industry used the traditional production process which is planned produced by "upper to bottom", so there was a management information gap between the management system and the automation system. In order to solve the problems between the upper planed management system and the bottom industry control, the thesis designed an equipment performance analysis and data acquisition system based on SMATIC IT. The upper management can monitor the real-time data and control the production by data acquisition which is the way of two-way bridge communication. OEE as an important indicator to measure the efficiency of production plays a crucial role to the equipment management and the production scheduling decisions for upper management.Fist, the thesis researched the overall structure of MES, and described how to solve the problem between upper planed management system and bottom industrial control with MES.Then, the thesis designed the solution of data acquisition interface based on SIMATIC IT, and designed the implementation solution of equipment performance analysis. The thesis also designed a data acquisition system based on AT89C2051 microcontroller,this system can acquire multi-channel analog signal, and AT89C2051 send the sample data to computer's serial port—com1 or com2 for further use of MES.Finally, the thesis described the solution of system software which includes C/S structure, factory method, Remote. In this system, the thesis also designed a framework to access database with Entity class.At present this system has been an important tool for the production scheduling department to optimize the production schedule and also for the equipment management department to check the equipment. It still plays a crucial role for the upper management to make the decisions of equipment management and production scheduling. |
