| Heating for campus has its own characteristics. According to the buildings' using purpose, the campus can be divided into three heating districts: working district, dwelling district and apartment district. Campus heating can adopt the energy-saving heating method such as heating based on periods of time and heating based on districts. In the process of heating, there will be such problems like heating too much or too little, both bring inconvenience to people's life. Heating based on the users' indoor temperature will both satisfy peoples' need and save energy. Campus heating based on periods of time, districts and users' indoor temperature has great importance both to enhance the heating quality and save energy.This article sets up the energy saving control system for campus heating basing on a university in Beijing. The system consists of three subsystems. The first one is the upper monitor system. Used the configuration software ProTool configuring the HMI on the multi-touch panel 370, this part can monitor and dynamically show the process of campus heating. The second subsystem is named as nether computer controlling system. The controlling core is Siemens S7-300 PLC. This part will offer proper amount of heat. The third subsystem is peripheral equipment system. This part includes the boilers, distant temperature-gathering system and spot transducers. 6 boilers are all BOOSTER gas-fired vacuum heating boiler. The distant temperature-gathering system is used to gather the users' indoor temperature real-timely. The peripheral equipment system provides key diameters to the controlling system. Through different communication protocols, the three subsystems mentioned above construct a whole system, which realized the energy-saving heating for campus.Adopting the energy-saving heating control system for campus has the following specialties. First, it saves a lot of energy. According to the recording in the boiler house, the fee for campus heating every year is 4 million. However, the energy-saving heating control system can save as much as 15% energy. Second, it saves a lot of manpower. The system supports two kinds of function modes, namely auto mode and manual mode. The workers in the boiler house can set the function mode through the system.The system specializes for campus heating and realized energy-saving control. The idea and method of this system can also serve as a reference to other automaton system. |
