In the central heating system, It's very important that how to reasonable regulation the total flow and the first flow in every substation. It influence heating and energy saving effect. Aiming at this problem to develop two level control mode: first adjustment; second adjustment. This paper focuses on the first adjustment; According to the outdoor temperature changes take time regulation; According to different user types take single station's time regulation.Establish multiplex heating network model: firstly, according to the relationship between the first flow and the second water temperature establish single path model; secondly, Application of fluid mechanics in complex pipeline calculation of corresponding knowledge, establish parallel flow relationship model. The model reflected the multiplex characteristic, When the total flow constant, if one bypass valve opening changes, the model can calculation other slip flow; finally, combination the single path model and the parallel flow relationship model, Establish multiplex heating network modelBase on multiplex heating network model. Comparison of single neuron PID control algorithm and the traditional PID control algorithm, the results show that single neuron PID control algorithm is better.Based on the control theory, combination of Zhangjiakou central heating engineering actual, establish monitoring and control screen, can assume various thermal power station and network parameters acquisition and monitoring.
