The Design And Implementation Of Telecommunication Service Decision Support System With Workflow

Decision-making is essential to every manager of the modern enterprises. To some degree, the main work of these managers is just making the right decision for the development of companies. These decisions not only include the strategic decision to enterprises, but also include those small specific project ones. And the primary prerequisite of the right decision-making is getting the complete and accurate information. The Decision Support System can make full use of existing data resources and use the computer technology, database technology and scientific data analysis to transmit the data resources into the useful information resources for business. All these can provide effective support for the managers' decision-making process.According the research, most of the current telecom enterprises have a variety of internal information systems, including business network system, OA system, financial systems, inventory management systems. And they are not related to each other. There are scattered data storage, data inconsistencies in different departments which leads a fact that it is difficult to get a closed-loop information flow. The overall inter-departmental collaboration is really difficult and the managers can't get the overall view which is not good for decision-making. In such circumstances, the domestic telecom operators are urgent for a powerful weapon which can offer necessary support for the decision-making of making plan for the telecommunications industry fees and marketing.This paper is based on the "Decision Support System of Network and Communication Companies in Changzhi" project. There is some analysis and design for completing a real system. This system uses Oracal database structure to build the Changzhi Netcom's business decision support system. The system is based on J2EE framework of multi-storey structure. It also does some appropriate modular of the floors during the concrete realization which generally achieve the management according the work flow. This system aggregate the data of the Netcom Corporation products business, sales statistics, financial statements and other information. All these information will be put into the system and offer the help for the relevant decision-making. I will do the discussion about the relevant technology in this paper.
