Construction Of 4PL Information Platform Based On The Industry Innovator Supply Chain

Aiming at the present condition of the low logistics level and small-scale business enterprise which lacks the core competitiveness and entire control of the enterprise in the supply-chain, this paper presents that 4PL information platform can be utilized to integrate these enterprises and society resources, improve the executive efficiency of the supply-chain and realize the "win-win" and promote the whole logistics develop forwards rapidly, stably and nicely.The main researched content aspects in this paper are below:1. Based on the developing process of 3PL and 4PL, the three executive modes of 4PL enterprises are analyzed, pointing that the industry innovator model is the best executive one in the 4PL presently.2. This paper expounds the connotation and definition of the fourth party information platform and indicats the reality value and developing prospects of the 4PL information platform.3.
