| Human Resource Management System(HRMS) is a vital part of management system. At present, some of the enterprises'HR management systems are outdated and inefficient, which leads to extreme difficulty in HR management and expensive costs. Therefore it is necessary and important for enterprises to improve the electronic integrated level of HR management to improve their information level and economical benefits. With the development of the object-oriented technology and distributed computing the application and integration that the system is required to be put in the different platforms can be faced with the much more complexity and higher feasibility. As a result, enterprises demand the application system of higher standards in design such as better security, broader adaptability, better feasibility and more convenient maintenance. Detailed introduction and analysis about the present distributed object technology and multi-layer architecture is presented in this article with comparison between the advanced development of CORBA technology and other main distributed technology, which shows the advantage of developing distributed system using CORBA.Based on the characteristic of distributed calculation, the conception of multi-layer architecture, object-oriented technology and the technical background of CORBA specification, a method of multi-layer distributed application system is discussed in this article. With the object-oriented development tool PowerBuilder, by combining the advantages of Jaguar Server and C/S and B/S architecture, the core of application system is regarded as an integration of all kinds of service and every kind of service is consisted of many components distributed in physically different places and may multi-used by required application, which makes the whole system characterized by more integrated, more flexible, facing multi-users, broader extension. Detailed system analysis and system realization for the HRMS of Yunnan Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Co.Ltd. is presented in this article. An elaborate project for transforming the C/S system architecture into multi-layer system is also presented. |
