The Smartphone Mail System Research And Development Based On Linux-Java

As communications technology and the development of computer technology, the products of modern science and technology on people's dependence are on the increase. The Internet is changing the lives of human beings work at the same time, mobile communication technology in recent years has developed rapidly, and has become the world's fastest-growing areas of technology.Mobile communications terminal equipments'functions is continuously enhanced and improved, and in the intelligent direction. In addition to calls, the smart phones also have mobile e-mail function. With abundant 3C and application functions, integrated the smart phone software ,it will become the future development of mobile telephones in the new direction. So based on the Linux operating system platform for smart phones mail research has broadly prospects.This paper analyzes the smart phones'operating Linux system, the characteristics of embedded Linux, as well as the applications of J2ME. On this basis, the smart phone to send and receive e-mail system was developed and implemented.
