Along with the internet's high-speed development, it has become the most abundance information source that people can touch. Also, weblog is an indispensable part in the whole internet system. So does in the company, especially in the multinational company. Employees may fall across the technical problems, and have to find the senior colleagues to search help. Therefore, the people need to know who is the senior person is well up in the technique that people need.Based on the software engineering theory, it should have system design & implementation phases after got the requirement. And, the design phase includes outline and detail design, well, the implementation phase includes coding, unit test and integrated test.According to the instruction, this paper's research based on the integration of Roller & Sametime, and Roller is a weblog system on the local Apache Tomcat server, and Sametime is one IBM commerce product. The paper brings forward a dynamically grouping model founded on Roller. This model can serve you that while one new weblog is posted into the Roller system, it can be dynamically grouping into the suitable groups. At the same time, the new weblog's author can be added into Sametime contacts accordingly. So, if anyone interested in his weblog, he can find the author expediently on the Sametime and communicate with him conveniently.The paper can be divided into several parts as below: Firstly, it introduces the weblog's evolution and relational technique, so does the instant messaging tools. Secondly, it expatiates the traditional web mining technique. As the dynamically grouping is a web data mining in the essential. Thirdly, it is weblog's characteristic analysis, and it includes character's choosing and optimizing, and character's setup and hold down implementation. Fourthly, the paper expatiates the dynamically grouping model's implemention and the test analysis. Lastly, It goes to the paper's innovation point that integrates the Roller system with IBM Sametime instant messaging tools, and form the unify communications and collaborations.
