With the improvement of the satellite whole performance, the real-time , speed and capacity of the memory can't be satisfied with the requirements of the satellite application system. The real-time , speed and capacity of the memory system has become the problem that has to be resolved.According to the development actuality and general picture of the high-speed and big capacity of the memory in the domestic and international, the devices speciality is researched after inheritting the research result before. According to the application requirment of the satellite, the design project is studied and analyzed thoroughly. The project is put forward that SDRAM chip and FLASH chip are the storage medium, the FPGA device is the control chip, and FLASH chip is the spare project.In order to improve the stability ,the credibility and the universal, the system project design is processed carefully. And ten technique projects are put forward. They are the standardization system technology of the high-speed and big capacity of the memory, the coding technology, the storage technology of processing together, the universal technology, the random access technology, the simultaneity storage technology , the interface technology of the high-speed signal, the control technology of the mistake code rate, the automatism isolation technology of the fault and the redundancy technology.
