| Pig's Skeleton is a sustained organ, which throughout the pig's whole body, has very important physiologic function and complicated entirety anatomic structure, Especially cavity of skull, in which every bone engomphosised with each other, tiny difference, hard to distinguished. So, it is a basis to come true the whole pig's visualization, with the overall and precise virtual modeling the pig's whole skeletal system; even it is a premise of constructed the digital investigation platform, also it is a key to come true the digital cultivation in the final.In this study, we adopt the method of cryosection to the normal specimen of RongChang pig ,obtain the visible RongChong pig data sat. Meanwhile, the images of the pig were observed meticulously. After being registered accurately with matlab6.0 software, the sectional images of pig date set were reciprocally segmented between people and computer with the visview2.1 software, which exploited independently on personal computer by our topic group. According to the distribution of the pig's skeletal system and other organs, image manipulation function with the visview2.1 software was employed to segment the skeletal system information from the pig 2D sectional date set, with different color, then convert the information format into .VOL, which can identify by common 3D reconstruct software. After that, applied date output function with volviswer software ,which exploited independently by our topic group too, data out the sectional images of skeletal system data set with .BMP, then this data set with .BMP,(the pig's skeletal system 3D body data )were reconstructed with Amirina3.1 software on personal computer, bone by bone. As a result, all the bones of the pig's three-dimensional result was displayed on personal computer screen, freely. With the support of visualization function with volviswer software ,which was provided by our topic group. The date set of pig's skeletal system was visualized and displayed in three-dimensional space on personal computer. At the same time, the anatomic character of skeletal system, especial the bones in the cavity of skull, could be observed clearly at any angle. At last, we will try to developing the teaching demonstrate system of pig's skeletal system.The main results and conclusions were as follows:1. Obtain the first visible RongChong pig data set with the acquisition technique of the visible human data set was used. The thinnest serial sections of pig's layer were sampled at 0.5mm. And the resolution of sectional images reaches to 1,100,1000 pixels, with each TIFF file occupying 62.9 MB. 2. Cany out pre-disposal treatment and matched accurately, then transform the file format of serial sections of pig's layer into un-damage TIFF, completed meticulously observed the images.3. Applied the function of segment with the visview2.1 software, segmented and abstracted the pig's all kinds of bones and it's related organs from the 2D pig's thin sectional images. Obtain the first visible RongChang pig's skeletal system data set, at the present. The whole date set occupying 36.0MB.4. The pig's skeletal system were reconstructed on personal computer with Amirina3.1 software and come true Visualization with the help of volviswer software. The creation of visible pig skeletal system model can be used for the digital anatomy teaching and offering researching techniques for animal morphology and constructed the Visualized research platform, even made the foundation to come true the digital nursery at the last. |
