The Research Of Workflow Technology In The Banking Project Management Software On The Application

The Company of CCB branches in Suzhou determined in the process of enhancing management capacity, the propose is combination of Capability Maturity Model Integration implementation and the relevant day-to-day business integration, project management from the start, try to improve the overall process management capabilities. The project is self-management characteristics of the area, so we need the corresponding model to guide the project management software selection and implementation. To solve this problem, through a variety of related technology research, that presents a multi-level distributed workflow structure model and the workflow engine model based on WFMC.Firstly, we studied the workflow theory. Results of the research determined the workflow theory as the theoretical foundation.Secondly, we had researched and analyzed the problem areas, Workflow storage strategy and structure of the distributed. With noted the actual needs of the area, the research identified the relational database storage and the distributed workflow system as the design idea.After that, with the analysis for researching results, we had described detail of the multi-level distributed workflow structure model and the workflow engine model based on WFMC.Finally, verified and realized the above model by the actual case, the results of research proved that the model is applicability and feasibility.The results of this study is to adapt to the actual needs of the multi-level distributed workflow structure model and the workflow engine model based on WFMC , it has been applied to the CCB branches in Suzhou project management software selection. An actually high real value has been proved by working in use.
